We see here in his own words, a very disingenuous and dishonest man who deceitfully claims he is “protecting” children while in reality, he has brought immeasurable damage to children and their parents (see featured victims on this site below). How is Howard Tygrett destroying lives? Here’s how: Tygrett refuses to truly listen to and hear both sides and is not doing his job by carefully looking into and for the truth. Tygrett draws conclusion without real evidence of abuse ever presented to him. He is clearly biased and allowing one parent to damage and destroy precious children by perpetuating their manipulatory Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) against the other parent. If Tygrett were a righteous man he would not have to lie and feign to be protecting children but would rather truly protect them from the parent who is perpetrating PAS against the child’s other parent. – This would constitute protecting the child and not believing without proof the outright lies, twists, and exaggerations of the parent who is turning the child against the other parent for their own selfish good. On top of this, the parent from whom the child is ripped away, is assigned to pay child support to the other parent while they (the abusive parent who is turning the child against the other parent) get all the time with the child(ren)! Unreal. ANY PARENT CAUGHT PERPETRATING PAS SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY MADE THE VISITING PARENT AND THEIR RIGHT TO BE SOLE CONSERVATOR SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED. You see, the parent who has been given the most time with the child(ren) has the advantage and luxury already and should never abuse that position to turn their own child against his other parent – subtly or blatantly. Public officials should be keenly aware of this abuse of privilege by either parent to fairly deal in family law matters for the children’s sake. To hurt a parent IS to hurt the child. Alienating a child from his other parent is gross abuse to that child. SHARED PARENTING is the answer – where both parents are honored as such and all responsibilities SHARED evenly while neither is charged child support and they both participate in loving and raising THEIR child. Child support is a tyrannical evil perpetrated upon the parent. Summation of My Case in Kaufman County
I HAVE NOT SEEN OR SPOKEN TO MY SON IN OVER A YEAR NOW. NOT ONE STITCH OF EVIDENCE OF ABUSE WAS EVER GIVEN TO JUDGE HOWARD TYGRETT. NOV. 08 – ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF AN ALCOHOLIC, BRIBE-TAKING COUNSELOR FROM FORNEY (LINDA DUGGAN), THE EVIL THUG HOWARD TYGRETT FORBID ME FROM ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH MY SON, WHY? This was all based on the relentless PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) agenda and campaign of the mother and Tygrett was too shallow and malicious to see it for what it was. He believed the lies when no real proof was given to him, just exaggerations and lies. In Tygrett’s courtroom, I was simply guilty in his eyes instead of “innocent UNTIL proven guilty” with real, authentic, emperical evidence, not just that which the mother coached the child and paid the counselors to say. Tygrett KNEW she was coaching the child because the first counselor he appointed told him that straight out in her report which he read aloud from the bench. Tygrett even stopped when he read the counselor’s report of the mother “coaching the child.” That same counselor told me and my attorney to pursue the child’s mother for PAS because that is exactly what she is going. That court-appointed counselor said this was a textbook case of PAS. 2.5 years after Howard Tygrett allowed the CPS mob to take away my son, he gave me 2.5 minutes to talk on the stand! Howard Tygrett did nothing to protect the child or his parent (myself) and to preserve the Constitutional rights of each of us (parental rights included). The last time I went to his courtroom before giving up in the illegal system of Kaufman, I realized that I was the outside guy and blackballed and that no matter what I did, they were going to say I didn’t do enough – EVEN THOUGH THEIR IS NO PROOF THAT I ABUSED MY SON IN THE FIRST PLACE! My divorce in his court lasted over 3 years. He awarded a 49% visitation to my ex who merely paid the retainer while I fed nearly $50K to the worthless alcoholic Rebecca Calabria to do her job. Come to find out that Calabria and Cathy Adams (lawyer on the other side) played patty cake behind closed doors. My ex had 4 affairs which resulted in him leaving us or one of them. The ex got on the stand and stated that I was the one that had the affair. Tygrett burned holes through me with his glares. I wore business suits to each court appearance in respect of the court, and my ex was wearing the ‘good ole boy’ look of Wranglers. … So- it isn’t what money you have in your wallet so much, but whose wallet you are putting your money in! For Tygrett to call my attorney (Calabria) and ask for a $10K donation to his campaign during the time of my case is simply a way of saying, ‘may the highest bidder win.’ With Tygrett being one of the most corrupted Republicans (I pride myself in being Rep), Calabria (Dem) was not about to donate, and she said that in the most colorful way, while smoking away in her office. “Eric Williams made recommendations to the court to lessen my summer visitation with the children this year. Linda Duggan and Eric Williams outright lied. I got to visit with my children for 1 week this summer and am scheduled for final trial in soon.
Also, Linda Duggan recommended Carla Herron to do a psych test on me, my wife and ex-spouse and I’ll give you a good guess as to who got rave reviews and which two have issues. And, that was turned into the court.
I too have never had a chance to present my evidence to the court. There was sexual misconduct that took place at ex-spouse’s house and the court totally disregards that information.
I don’t live in Kaufman County, my wife and I were both ordered to a social study over $1,000 later it was recommended to the court that she saw no reason why the children could not live with us if the ex-spouse wanted to. This was disregarded by the judge. He then ordered us to attend therapy sessions with Linda Duggan but since she never returned our calls nor emails we could never schedule anything. Williams as Attorney and Guardian ad Litem in the 86th Judicial District Court of Kaufman County, Texas. Sandra Harwood was the Attorney for DFPS (CPS) and Cathy Adams was the attorney for the child’s mother, who was a minor at the time. They apparently convinced the child’s mother that she would lose all custody and visitation if she did not sign the Rule 11 Agreement transferring ‘managing conservatorship’ from CPS to the foster parents, which also specifically granted that ‘any and all access and possession of the child by the mother be as specifically directed by the [foster parents].’ This meant the mother could see the child if and when the foster parents said she could. What attorney in their right mind would recommend that a mother (who was a child at the time and needed protection herself) sign such a document? His lawyer, who is from outside Kaufman County, has barely been able to speak. We are a Christian family. “I recently found your website while I was trying to google some information on Linda Duggan. I was appalled, because I felt like I was looking in a mirror. I too am caught up in the miserable war with Linda, Judge Tygrett and Eric Williams. My 5 year old daughter and my 7 year old son have been ripped away from me due to allegations that have never been proven and are completely false. I have not seen my children or spoken to my children since January 21, 2009. I am supposed to be in court ordered counseling with Ms. Duggan, only she will not return ANY of my many phone calls. This was ordered Feb. 12, 2009, and I still have not been allowed access to my babies to this day. Eric Williams has told me that if I didn’t go along with everything he was saying, I would lose any chance of ever seeing my babies again. I thought that entering into this arrangement would prove that I was not committing the acts my Ex husband accused me of. I never even had a voice in the court. Since then I have been forced to pay $950 dollars for an unlicensed social case study investigator to come and grill me over my entire life, not had ANY of the court ordered supervised visitation, and am being told that I am abusing my children. I even have to pay for my Ex husbands atty…even though I can’t afford one for myself. I do not know what to do, or how to fight this at this point and I am desperate to see my children. Any advice or information that you could give me would be appreciated. I do truly feel for you, I know that losing your child is the most painful experience a parent can endure. Kaufman’s Axis of EvilHere’s How the Ring of Corruption Works in Kaufman County …… Judge Howard Tygrett appoints a counselor he knows is a drunkard, a convicted alcoholic – Linda Duggan (Forney). One of the parents pays off or gets in the favor of Tygrett’s appointed counselor Linda Duggan and so Linda fabricates – tells outright lies – in her reports and in court (on the stand) about the other parent (continually). Lying in court is called perjury and is punishable by law. Judge Howard Tygrett knowingly accepts the false testimony. Tygrett also openly admits that he allows Eric Williams to make his decisions – He said this out loud in court. Tygrett said “I rarely go against what Eric Williams says.” In other words, whatever Williams says, Tygrett goes with and yet Eric Williams is totally corrupt. In my case, Eric Williams told my attorney in the beginning that he knew there was no evidence of abuse abd YET Williams has signed off indicating that I should not be allowed to see my son. Judge Howard Tygrett allows Linda Duggan and Eric Williams to tell him what abuse is or is not and they make his decisions for him. He let’s them define what abuse is which can be made up out of thin air against the target parent (the one they are attacking). Instead of Howard Tygrett doing the job the tax-payers are paying him to do, Tygrett lets Eric Williams and Linda Duggan make those important decisions and both of them are totally corrupt. Howard Tygrett is running a criminal kidnapping ring using the tax-payer funded courtroom on the 2nd floor of the square in Kaufman, Texas in the 86 District Court. JUDGE HOWARD TYGRETT, ATTY. ERIC WILLIAMS, AND COUNSELOR LINDA DUGGAN ARE NOT SERVING THE CITIZENS WHO ARE PAYING THEIR SALARIES BUT RATHER THEY ARE SERVING THEIR OWN INTERESTS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PEOPLE, CHILDREN INCLUDED.
